Client Windows Support Specialist
Deploy laptop/desktop computers to end users
o Work with end users to schedule their migration
o Apply computer images and re-image machines as needed

salary: $21 - 22 per hour
work hours: 9am to 5pm
Work within Service Now management tool to track open issues.
o Close tasks in a timely manner and follow up with all end users to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Maintain ownership of assigned task through end user follow up and always be aware of open issues.
MCP/MCDST Certification with some college work in Computer Science or related field preferred.
o 5 years of related help desk or technical support experience or a combination of college and work experience.
o Ability to react to high priority problem calls, and interface with a variety of clients.
skills: Proficiency in MS OS: Windows 7, Windows 10 , Enterprise tools for OS deployment, software distribution, client setups for Applications.
o Commitment to excellence and high standards.
o Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
