Senior Information Systems Analyst

job summary:
The Sr. Information Systems Specialist shall support a variety of technologies and software,

and provide desktop support to supplement the current team of technicians supporting a user base of approximately 500 users, most of which are co-located in Washington, D.C.

The candidate should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience Active Directory, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Workstation and Server. The successful candidate will be expected to interface with internal customers and various technical support teams. The demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, and follow standard operating procedures and processes is essential.

The contractor is required to have:

1. At least five (5) years of experience in providing helpdesk/desktop support in Microsoft windows

environment.

2. At least three (3) years of experience in SCCM Administration, deployment, and packaging. In-depth

knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM

issues.

3. At least two (2) years of experience in windows scripting language, PowerShell preferred. Able to create scripts to automate windows administration tasks.

4. Shall be customer service oriented and self-motivated.

5. Excellent written and oral communications are required, as this position will interface with clients via phone and e-mail and in person. Demonstrated ability to concisely summarize and document issues is required.

6. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.

7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work with people at various levels of the organization.

8. Experiences with data analytics software, such as Matlab and Tableau, will be a plus.
