Description:

The Digital Technology (DT) PMO Training Specialist will be integral in the development, design and delivery of training materials relative to PPM tools, functionality, and best practices. Involvement in initial training plan designs and existing training program improvements. May monitor and report out on the effectiveness of training for current and new employees. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others and support communications to a variety of audiences. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Design training material for Digital Technology project tools and processes

- Develop training programs and strategy for effective training delivery

- Support communication responsibilities for cross division messages and updates

Required

- Bachelor's degree in related quantitative field

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Strong problem solving and decision-making ability

- Self-motivated to take initiative to improve current DT training opportunities

- Perform as a team player and support team needs above individual contributions

- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

- Reliable and punctual attendance

Preferred

- Experience in Project and Program Management; Project Intake though Project Delivery

- Experience in PPM tools (Clarity) and processes

- Master's Degree in Training Strategy and Delivery

- Efficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite

- Experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g Spotfire)
