Data Quality Analyst

job summary:
Develop and execute a data quality/governance program focused on maintaining data quality and integrity and creating operating efficiencies throughout the data lifecycle.

  • Client File Transfers

    • Interface Tracking

      • Monitor daily client files to ensure all record date files are received
      • Import client files into the database
      • Work with clients on past due files to make sure that all are received and processed
      • Act as liaison for the Company and maintain relationships with client IT support
    • Client File QC

      • Monitor incoming files for proper account grouping
      • Quality check data completeness and accuracy
      • Communicate with Relationship Managers on client file discrepancies
  • Client Onboarding

    • Work closely with Relationship Managers to set up new clients in the database

      • Assign Client ID
      • Create and provide FTP instructions, where applicable
      • Set voting option (VAS, ISS or manual)
      • Create Super User (if applicable)
      • Set email reminder notifications
      • E-delivery
      • Set rollup criteria
    • Provide clients with access to the Company's website
  • Manager Setup and Maintenance
  • Dual Record Date Comparisons

    • Copy existing jobs to new to accommodate dual record date scenarios
    • QC mail date/record date positions
  • File edits

    • Work closely with Client Services to import client files for sensitive meetings
  • Develop and maintain management reports to ensure that daily operational processes have successfully completed
  • Support client-facing and internal staff with database queries
  • Participate in special projects as required, including policy and operational projects.
