IS Production Control Analyst
The Production Control Analyst performs the detailed analysis, design and implementation tasks related to the development of processes and procedures necessary to ensure a reliable installation and enforce established guidelines for production acceptance. Ensure corporate information processing integrity by requiring quality verification check-offs regarding job purpose, steps of operation, recovery steps required and job dependencies. Provide analysis to Project Leaders regarding operational feasibility / efficiency, procedural requirements, scheduling constraints and operation.

Provide technical analysis for application installation, configuration requirements and documentation, as it pertains to the Tidal Enterprise Environment. Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers in accordance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements.
Research, analyze and provide recommendations regarding the usage of the Tidal Enterprise software and tools.
Analyze current Tidal Enterprise environment to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
Define the principles, which guide Tidal Enterprise Scheduler within client.
Research, configure, support and maintain (including upgrading) all electronic reporting software (JAWS)
Research, configure, support and maintain (including upgrading) all applicable Tidal Enterprise software
Knowledge requirements (education & experience): This position requires a minimum 3 years experience in information technologies with at least one year in Tidal Enterprise Scheduling. The candidate must be experienced in upgrading software, software evaluation in a multi operating systems environment.
Skill requirements (include complexity of position):
Experience in configuration management and software change control best practices and procedures
Ability to implement Tidal Enterprise Scheduler in multiple production and test complex environments
Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure
Ability to research, evaluate and implement various Tidal Enterprise changes required for production and testing
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
skills: Interpersonal skills (include personal interaction): Must be able to work cooperatively, as a team leader and team member. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills to allow effective interaction with Tufts management, staff and vendors.
This position also requires that the candidate be on-call and reachable for emergencies related to Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.
