Supporting Level I and Level II, working primarily with Apple products/desktops.

responsibilities: Assist with Apple Desktop Support, wireless printing, Level I and II support
- Boots on the ground support, rudimentary level as well as answering hotlines with daily use of ticketing system
- Supporting iOS and OS X troubleshooting
- Occasional station setup and movement
- Hardware and Software support primarily in Apple builds
- Must present very well, day-to-day working with Senior Management
Familiarity with troubleshooting iOS and OS X. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting; network troubleshooting.
Good communication skills - written and verbal. Will be assisting executive users and will need to have the accompanied intercommunication skills.
