IT Support Specialist

job summary:
Supporting Level I and Level II, working primarily with Apple products/desktops.

work hours: 9am to 5pm
education: High School
Assist with Apple Desktop Support, wireless printing, Level I and II support

  • Boots on the ground support, rudimentary level as well as answering hotlines with daily use of ticketing system
  • Supporting iOS and OS X troubleshooting
  • Occasional station setup and movement
  • Hardware and Software support primarily in Apple builds
  • Must present very well, day-to-day working with Senior Management

Familiarity with troubleshooting iOS and OS X. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting; network troubleshooting.

Good communication skills - written and verbal. Will be assisting executive users and will need to have the accompanied intercommunication skills.

skills: iOS and OS X support experience, Desktop support, Level I and II support experience.
