Call Center Rep
Student Contact Center Analysts provide problem resolution and good client support to the callers who are contacting us with question regarding our client's administration policies, Student Account assistance, Financial Aid assistance and other general questions related to the school.
location: Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

work hours: 9am to 6pm
education: High School
The analyst will take 60-80 calls every day.
Must have prior call center experience; and experience with higher education is a plus; must be able to maintain a professional, courteous attitude in stressful situations.
The candidate should have the ability to grasp a firm knowledge of the importance of accordance with FERPA regulations as outlined during new hire orientation.
Candidate must be able to give a record of their call center experience and positive client service abilities.
skills: Required a High School diploma or equal with at least 12 months of recent call center experience.
