Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

job summary:
Our enterprise client in New York City has a consulting opportunity for an experience Project Coordinator with extensive experience in Client Communication and Enterprise Project Management .

The experienced candidate will work on the delivery of an established project plan. Responsible for support and development of workstreams, define line item details and conduct check in all project details.

Candidate will have extensive coordination experience in marketing projects and will be working with two experienced Project Managers on two enterprise projects.

Experience in marketing projects and communication deployment initiatives.

Communicate effectively with advisory and marketing teams as well as IT teams and corporate communications. Will be documenting tasks from meetings and following up on all deadlines and deliverables with internal employees and outside vendors.

Responsible for communicating effectively with all corporate teams involved in deployment project.

Work with IT teams and IT PM and Business Analysts to track project in Jira.

Nice to have: Experience with and CRM tool, Salesforce and client communication background.

Working with the project plan designer and once project plan, take it and track all deliverables across multiple groups. Provide input and guidance on project plan.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to two senior level PM and help to facilitate and actively take part in project meetings. Document day-to-day communication with all client supporting groups regarding project status and needs

Work with vendors and partners to execute samples and prototypes of all distributed client materials.

Identify and communicate project challenges and brainstorm solutions with Department Leads. Coordinate all change orders along the project timeline.

Ensure all project documents are current and accurate.

Maintain projects digitally; including all assets, estimates, and client communication.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of Project Coordination experience in an enterprise environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Outstanding relationship skills; Team oriented with highly collaborative work

Proactive and willing to initiate action, solution oriented

Must have the ability to work on their own and bring their own skills to bear to improve the processes and procedures already in place

Working closely with the marketing & communications team within the business, you'll collaborate with project and business analysts, strategic marketers, designers, digital producers.

Qualifications

Excellent writer and communicator and highly strategic about messaging, timing and communication channels.

Manage a high-volume of communication initiative at the same time, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure and with an eye for detail.

Take a problem-solving approach with communications issues and always consider the client experience.

Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks.

Proactively document and manage project issues and problems as they arise.

Be able to manage client expectations and communicate effectively to all stakeholders, from senior management to project team members.

Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.

Strong organizational ability and keen attention to detail, with strong prioritization skills.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree/Associates

3-5 years of experience with all aspects of project coordination, including a strong track record of project support for large, cross functional, and complex projects.

Previous experience driving effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across groups with competing priorities.

Strong computer skills, very proficient with MS Office applications. Experience using MS Project and Excel a strong plus.

Familiarity with JIRA desired.
