This person plays a central role in building a new line of business at Bank by supporting compelling digital interactions and championing efficiencies. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a solid understanding of strategy, workflow platforms, robotics, customer experience.

What will you do?

  • Partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to facilitate, define and document relevant business processes, gaining a proficient understanding of the needs, measures, and risks & controls for the improvement area
  • Create and maintain metrics for end-to-end process performance and related service levels - key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Deliver user flow diagrams, interaction patterns, design specs, wireframes, mental models, and information architecture
  • Analyze and document requirements from business SMEs and managers, ensuring future state process design meets standard criteria
  • Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of all work items, such as new features, defects, etc., including providing the decision to create, fix or defer at the project level
  • Review, accept and prioritize feedback and new requirements from stakeholder
  • Review and accept or decline output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been completed
  • Apply Lean process re-engineering methodologies to optimally design and document future state processes.
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related degree
  • 5+ years Product Owner or Sr. Business Analyst experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, service design or related field
  • 2+ years direct experience in Process Automation and Process Optimization
  • Strong experience in enterprise application integration, including SOA, BPM, APIs, web services (SOAP/RESTful), microservices and containerization (OpenShift, Kubernetes)
  • Agile and Lean Practitioner experience
  • Demonstrated performance working with multiple vendors to launch new product
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Adaptable, self-reliant and able to operate in all environments using unconventional skills and equipment
  • Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or other automation tools
  • Expert influential communication skills, able to indirectly influence others, and collaborates in insightful problem solving
  • Technical knowledge of Blue Prism RPA software or other automation tools such as Automation Anywhere or Selenium
  • Experience in root cause analysis and end to end thinking (2 nd or 3 rd level support background)
  • Amazingly positive outlook
