About the Position

Help us build systems that make it great place to work. Work with our team of professionals to gather and describe requirements to improve sales systems and automate workflow.

  • Evaluate, analyze, document requirements and translate into proper system specifications and configuration.
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and internal process requirements.
  • Operate as a liaison between technical IT personnel and end-user groups including sales, sales support and marketing.
  • Evaluate and translate end user requirements and problems to technical groups or vendors.
  • Understand the business implications of technical solutions, and assist in defining and documenting the technology solutions to support any future business needs.
  • Educate end users on new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools.

responsibilities:
Principal Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business and sales initiatives.
  • Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions.
  • Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control.
  • Analyze business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
  • Review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation.
  • Create, review and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.
 
qualifications:
Education

  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
  • Salesforce certification preferred.
 
skills: Skills & Experience

  • Expert knowledge of system development methodology, project management system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Business and technical writing skills required. Synthesize complex material and develop clear, concise written and illustrated technical documents to capture business processes to be read by users and our technical teams.
  • Experience with specifying and implementing CRM and quoting applications
  • Experience with the Salesforce application including SFDC-CQP, SDFC-Einstein, SFDC-Opportunity management.
  • Experience integrating SFDC with SAP
  • Experience with SAP quoting, sales and pricing functionality
  • Experience with waterfall and agile implementation of systems
  • Leadership and people skills are a must
  • Confidently communicate at all levels, with strong inquiry and advocacy skills
Education

  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
  • Salesforce certification preferred.
