Contract Analyst

job summary:
Role Description:

Join and contribute to the fast-paced, high-energy and transformational Sales Operations team responsible for developing and performing the USIS division of client's contract billing data management responsibilities. This includes contract review, data attribute identification, and transcription of contractual billing terms to support order fulfillment.

responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing internal systems and processes

- Read and review contracts to identify specific terms and language with emphasis on products & pricing

- Transcribe contractual terms into internal systems

- Create and utilize internal documentation to select and input additional pricing details (per product contracted)

- Ensure quality and accuracy of data provided to downstream teams

- Identify risk related to terms outside of standards

- Recommend operational process design improvements

- Identify training based on trending concerns related to data management & internal process

- Special projects as assigned

 
qualifications:
Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a business or related field required or 2 to 5 years equivalent experience

- Prior experience in contract management, billing administration, or other related field preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel

- Experience with CRM database software preferred; Salesforce.com

- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment

- Experienced in handling changing, fast-paced and challenging job demands

- Detail oriented, focused on data integrity and accuracy

- Strong decision making and problem solving skills using "out of the box" thinking
