The Enterprise Risk & Security team is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to help us drive strategic initiatives and deliver immediate positive business impact. Care to join us? As part of the Program and Portfolio Management team, you will join us and partner with internal and external parties to plan, lead, deliver, maintain and improve security and compliance for Security Operations and our Brands. responsibilities:
- Work with our security operation teams, business sponsors, vendors, and other key partners to evaluate, categorize and score potential initiatives that satisfy strategic objectives.

- Lead program planning efforts, including settling program scope, level-of-effort, resourcing, scheduling, identifying risks and issues; craft contingency plans and provide communication to multiple levels of interested parties.

- Build, maintain and present project artifacts, including project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, status reports, meeting notes, communications plans, resourcing plans and metrics appropriate to your plans.

- Lead the program kick-off with program team members and stakeholders.

- Own the day-to-day execution, control and reporting of the program.

- Lead the effort to support business needs by utilizing creative approaches to problem solving and ensuring deliverables that meet operational objectives.

- Report performance-to-budget, performance-to-schedule, and performance-to-specification to our leadership.

- Facilitate program meetings focused on status reporting, decisioning, problem resolution, feedback, and cultivating open communication within the team on program planning and execution.

- Delegate and manage tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

- You live and breathe Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and any process creation tools

- You have experience eliciting cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, customers and peers

- You are excited to communicate with team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines and backgrounds

 
qualifications:
Work Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years direct experience in technical project management, program or product management
  • Minimum of 1 year of cybersecurity project management
  • Experience supporting a security operations center (SOC), incident response team, vulnerability and exposures team, or threat intelligence team a plus.
  • CISSP, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v3certification a plus
  • Strong solutions and project background with proven success leading large, enterprise-level initiatives.
 
skills: Work Experience
