job summary:
Description:

- Internal IT Communications: Partners with IT communications management to create internal IT department communications. Assists Responsibilities management with drafting and editing communications using best practices including aligning communications with IT Communications Strategy and Branding. Provides assistance in the identification of target audiences and best practices for communications.

- IT Communications to Business: Partners with IT Communications management and IT Senior Leadership to create IT wide communications (IT Annual Report, Business Marketing Materials, Newsletters, etc.). Assists management with drafting and editing communications using best practices. Provides assistance in the identification of target audiences and best practices for communications. Ensures that all IT communications are aligned with Client and IT communications branding and strategy. Assists managers in vetting communications approval with IT Senior Leadership and Global Communications (as necessary).

- Communications Feedback Surveys: Creates and administers surveys of IT communications' audiences. Leverages survey results to provide Recommendations for improving IT Communications, branding and strategy on an ongoing basis. Presents survey report and recommendations to IT Communications Management and IT Senior Leadership.

- IT Dashboard: Partners with IT development to administer and support the IT Dashboard. Promotes awareness and usage of the IT Dashboard by developing communications materials using information and usage metrics extracted from the IT Dashboard.
