This position will assist with the transition to and the implementation and training of Office365, Dynamics CRM, Power BI and the Dynamics Product Information Management systems. This role will include working alongside an internal team and Microsoft partner during deployment and will serve as the in-house CRM administrator once deployed. This person will maintain, manage and deliver the training programs for the release of these systems. The specialist will work closely with our staff to customize workflow applications and to identify and develop enhancements to continue the success of these new systems. Product specialist needs to have excellent problem-solving and communication skills to resolve challenges associated with product management and communicate solutions effectively with members of the staff.

Assist with the implementation of Office365, Dynamics CRM and Dynamics PIM.

Act as a Dynamics CRM administrator after deployment.

Assist with Dynamics form design, system views, advanced find query, charts and dashboards.

Plan, develop, coordinate and conduct hands-on Dynamics CRM and Office365 in-house product training programs.

Responsible for helping staff fully leverage the benefits of the Dynamics and Office products.

Continuously improve and customize existing programs and courses to keep technical information up-to-date.

Liaise with customer support, existing sales, and other areas of the business to ensure staff satisfaction.

Maintain complete documentation for all product related activities.

Assist department leads with the development of ISO compliant daily work instructions for sales and sales support functions as they relate to these new systems.

Develop and maintain end-user product knowledge base to support training efforts.

Other duties as assigned.

  • Dynamics CRM (1 year of experience is required)
