RANDSTAD TECHNOLOGIES IS SEEKING A SCRUM MASTER FOR A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY IN DALLAS. TX.

responsibilities:
The Scrum Master will:

  • Have the ability to lead multiple scrum teams and drive results
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to understand features and develop user stories
  • Participate in all planning and refinement meetings and Program Increment (PI) Planning
  • Lead daily stand ups, updates tasks and escalates known blockers
  • Use team retrospective to identify improvements
  • Commit to team PI Objectives and Iteration plans
  • Participate with team in iterations and demonstrating development work to customers and stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative approach to responsibilities
  • Welcoming and sharing continuous feedback
  • Continuous mentoring and sharing of skill set
  • Thriving in a fast-paced team environment
  • Handling multiple priorities at once
  • Delivering technical excellence consistently
  • Needs to be able to control meetings and drive the execution with in the team by holding people accountable and collaborating with the business.
Critical Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a hands-on Scrum Master, Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Must be analytical with the ability to ask good questions and hold others accountable.
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
