Help Desk Technician
Randstad is seeking a Help Desk Representative for a contract assignment at one of its clients. This client is at the forefront of its industry and growing quickly. You will work in an atmosphere that is stimulating, innovative, and customer focused.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues via phone calls
- Provide support through online chat system
- Provide walk up support
- Provide local support for the following systems (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting):
- PC/Laptop Hardware and Software
- Troubleshoot laptops, projectors, Network Peripherals, Printers, Copiers
skills: Skills: Windows, IAM, Imaging, Rest, MS Office, active directory, break, fix.
