Our company is looking for QA Automation/DevOps candidates at our Dublin, OH office. This position involves a blend of QA Automation & DevOps.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide customer support to help assist with operational and system issues - Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation - Up to 20% travel to support customer implementations - Take responsibility for multiple tasks in multiple projects simultaneously

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, and 2+ years of relevant work experience - Strong problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL preferred) - Familiarity with distributed systems - Prefer experience with Python and C development - Strongly prefer Linux command-line experience - Prior technical support experience is a plus - Prior QA experience is a plus

 
qualifications:
The most important attributes we are looking for, in order of importance:

1. Experience troubleshooting and problem solving

2. Customer service-friendly personality

3. Command-line familiarity with Linux

4. Python Scripting

5. Some level of understanding of DevOps

6. Bachelor's degree in a related field We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience, but may consider candidates who are recent graduates or who lack a 4-year degree but have 3-5 years of experience.
