Helpdesk Analyst

job summary:
  • Candidates should have 2+ years of experience on a helpdesk servicing tier 1 issues.
  • Primary responsibilities for this role include answering phones and email requests, providing phone support and creating and submitting trouble tickets for higher level support.
  • Technical skills needed for the role include Windows 7/8/10; experience with a trouble ticket tracking system(ServiceNow,Remedy) and remote PC access technologies.
  • Key competencies include basic computer skills, analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding customer relations and service skills.
