Software Engineer - Collibra Oracle DRM

Candidate should be a Senior level hands-on Collibra and Oracle DRM Operations Engineer to join our IT infrastructure/operations team to support platform upgrade and migration of on premise/virtual servers to AWS cloud platform.

responsibilities:
Candidate should be a Senior level hands-on Collibra and Oracle DRM Operations Engineer to join our IT infrastructure/operations team to support platform upgrade and migration of on premise/virtual servers to AWS cloud platform.

We are seeking candidates with excellent problem solving skills and a team player working with other team members to accomplish the goal.

Candidate should possess the relevant technical expertise from a variety of different fields including Linux/Windows systems administration, Collibra Administration experience in Linux and Windows, database design and optimization, AWS/Azure cloud migration and DevOps. Experience in administering Oracle Hyperion EPM suite of products including but not limited to DRM, Essbase, Smartview,

Planning and HFM will be a plus.

- Lift and shift on premise / virtual server hosting Collibra software suite to AWS cloud

- Migrate Collibra software suite from Windows to Linux platform.

- Optimize AWS cloud platform to its highest efficiency while keeping the cost down

- Automate the AWS infrastructure through code to spin off new environment on request

- Monitor production to support 100% availability

- Administration of Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite including but not limited to Shared Services, Essbase, Planning, HFM, Smartview, Essbase Admin services, Provider services, Financial reporting

- Work with product vendor to address any product related issues

- Proficient in Collibra operating model, including workflows, roles and responsibilities.

- understands the features and limitations of using out-of-the-box Collibra features.

- Proficient at configuration and documenting the configuration of Collibra.Data governance experience.

- Should have the ability to do user access management within Collibra.

- Should have experience in building lineage across various enterprise systems.

- Should be able to architect and optimize Data models and define business glossary and entities

- Should have the ability to define security model, Role based access control for COllibra

- Should have the ability to define back up and restore strategy at Collibra application level

 
qualifications:
MUST HAVE SKILLS:

- Collibra Administration & Configuration Management

- Oracle Hyperion DRM Administration & Configuration Management

- Experience in maintaining infrastructure as code in AWS Cloud

- Scripting experience in AWS Cloudformation with JSON code

- Experience in Windows Batch scripting and Linux shell scripting

Experience in the following will be a plus

- Experience in administration of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Suite (EPM/Hyperion) and Oracle Fusion Middleware

- Experience in Oracle WebLogic administration

- Experience in Apache/Oracle HTTP Web server administration

- Experience in Hyperion Essbase System administration and system performance tuning

- Experience in version control with GIT/STASH

- Hand on experience in linux platform

- Oracle database experience

- Microsoft SQL Server database expertise

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Operating Systems: Linux,Windows Server

- Technologies: Java (JDK), SQL,PL/SQL, JDBC/ODBC, AWS

- Application/Web Servers: WebLogic ,Apache , Tomcat, Oracle Http Server, Microsoft IIS.

- Scripting: BASH/KSH Shell, Windows Power shell

- Database: Oracle, SQL Server, PostGres

- IDE Tools/Utilities: SQL Developer, Linux X Window System.

- Version control: Git

- Good "Out-of-the-box thinking" sills

- Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.

- 8+ years of experience in general.

- 5+ years of Collibra and DRM.

A Plus:

- Working knowledge on Qlik, Tableau, OBIEE reporting tools.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems

- Sound Industry knowledge in DevOps & Cloud technologies
