IT Support Specialist - Tier 2

job summary:
The IT Support Analyst II position provides technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technology, works with Ops team on basic issues of servers, routers, and switches, and maintains equipment and other IT assets.

Provide technical assistance and support via phone calls, E-mail, or in person; Resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction and provides end user training where required.

  • Install system builds of Windows 10 on laptops and desktops.
  • Support company-owned smartphones and tablets.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity as well as layer 1 and 2 network issues.
  • Troubleshoot DNS Issues
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
  • Some travel to our remote communities required.
  • Perform basic user account maintenance (Active Directory and custom scripts).
  • O365 and Skype for Business experience a plus
