The Azure BI Architect will perform process analysis, solutions design, system configuration and support across multiple platforms and/or cross-functional areas in a fast-paced global environment. This individual will work closely with the business users, other IT resources, consultants and management to meet required objectives. The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership as well as hands on experience for implementing "best practice" processes in the BI/BW application.

Develop and deliver BI/BW applications solutions to fulfill business requirements.
Researches, analyzes, designs, identifies and facilitates process improvements that focus on providing standard functionality to meet business requirements wherever possible.
Establish and maintain BI security.
Responsible for project deliverables including requirements gathering, blueprints, functional specifications, system configuration, test, training and go-live support.
Lead fit/gap workshops and present system solution alternatives to business leaders and/or process owners.
Assume the role of IT project leader, on business-driven IT initiatives, including technical upgrades.
Review application code, documentation, architecture and development methods for quality and adherence to standards.
Perform daily support of user activity including maintenance and configuration of existing systems.
Perform 24X7 on-call applications support responsibilities when needed.
Perform application changes as required to fulfill business requirements and in compliance with SOX and segregation of duties policies.
Facilitate the execution of user acceptance testing by business users.
Works with and empowers the super users in the BI/BW application.
Ensure change management records are adequately documented.
Continually seeks self-education to acquire deeper and wider knowledge in the area of expertise and gain cross functional knowledge.
Assists in the growth and development of other System Analysts.
Collaborate with end users and senior management to define business requirements for complex systems development and gain buy-in for all infrastructure plans.
Review new and existing IT projects, systems designs, and procurement/outsourcing plans for compliance with IT standards and architectural plans.
Provide guidance to junior members of the team.
