work hours: 8am to 5pm
Serve as primary point of contact for all IT related issues to Sr. Management and End Users Maintain, troubleshoot, and support for laptops / desktops, mobile devices, and approved peripherals Assist with new equipment provisioning and onboarding for new users Install new software as required using standard tools like SCCM Provide Level 2 support for escalated issues Log and issues and progress in ticketing system
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Deskside Supprt
- windows 7/10 support (5 years of experience is required)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Microsoft SCCM (3 years of experience is required)
- Apple Mac OS
