Our enterprise client has a long term consulting opportunity available for an Technical Support Analyst with Office 365 Deployment experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Job Description and Requirements:

The ideal Candidate will be Part of the Information technology Services team providing technical support:

  • Provide Microsoft Office Support, Skype for Business, Team, Yammer and other applications
  • Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting general Voice System issues
  • Assist with minor and major relocation projects.
  • Support Audio / Video in Company Technology (Skype, Teams, Webex)
Requirements for this role include:

  • Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to provide advanced support for Microsoft Office Products
Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Proficiency with Mobile device technology and support.
  • Familiarity with phones and messaging technology.
  • Ability to work independently and among a team
  • Experience working with an incident tracking system.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in migrations, implementing, and support Office 365
  • Microsoft certifications in MS Office 365, MS Azure, or other cloud/on-premise technologies
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Innovative and driven problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Collaborative team player who is detailed oriented, focused on solution quality and execution
MS Azure experience added plus also

Keen understanding of cloud technology, DNS and AD

Basic understand of Exchange 2000 and 2013

Candidate must be able to work independently once trained.

Extensive knowledge and use of SCCM queries and reporting

Experienced in project work; ability to follow a schedule on time
