Enterprise Training Specialist II (Focus on Facilitation)

job summary:
Our Client is seeking a Training Specialist from the Financial or Credit Card Industry for an exciting project in Omaha NE. This individual will join the Card Services training team who are a group of motivated training specialists.In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of training on our Credit platform.

This role will focus on Facilitation and will occasionally modify/enhance existing courseware.

work hours: 9am to 5pm
education: Bachelors

  • Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and distance learning programs
  • Deliver and maintain a schedule of new product and refresher training courses
  • Use professional concepts to apply company policies and procedures to determine best practices as it relates to training
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine performance improvement solutions
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure that course materials and training courses reflects current product features and organizational processes
  • Contribute to the instructional design process to develop internal education programs
  • Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations to determine applicability of course material
  • Maintain strong interaction with SMEs to create and revise materials; with end users to review and revise materials and with other internal departments for exchange of ideas
  • Develop and maintain blended curriculum and supporting documentation for both instructor-led and eLearning formats
  • Consult with internal clients to understand training requirements and design appropriate solutions
  • Lead development of document structures and prepare a variety of documents with minor guidance
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Three or more years' experience delivering training
  • Two or more years' experience using instructional design methodology
  • Two or more years' experience writing procedures and/or documentation
  • Three or more years' experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in adult learning methodologies required
skills: Job Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Credit industry
  • Knowledge of the Omaha platform
  • Experience in the financial industry or banking
  • Experience developing or designing eLearning modules (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia)
