Engage. Simplicity. Scale. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will design, build, enhance, and maintain our onboarding and up-skill learning programs. Our client is looking for a web developer/designer who is more Muli-media focused, building websites for their CMS using Drupal8. Hands on role, helping interpret requirements and customize within the CMS. They must have Drupal 8 experience, and be more of a Web Specialist (HTML, CSS, PHP) who understands theming. You will not have to build the layout with Drupal 8, this role is more focused on filling the gaps within with their learning content. In this role, you will ensure that our programs create an exceptional learning experience that produces expected business outcomes at quality expectations. - You have experience in developing learning offerings in an Agile setting that engages large and diverse learning audiences. - You bring the ability to influence through workflow, timelines, and build support for developing learning with simplicity. - You have encountered difficult programs and can transform our programs through the use of new technologies, so we can easily scale to meet our associates' and client's needs. - You will champion the associates' voice to shape how they learn and develop their skills on behalf of our business partners. You will develop deliverables through "client's eyes" with a continued focus on only delivering accessible solutions.

In this role, you will ensure that our programs create an exceptional learning experience that produces expected business outcomes at quality expectations. - You have experience in developing learning offerings in an Agile setting that engages large and diverse learning audiences. - You bring the ability to influence through workflow, timelines, and build support for developing learning with simplicity. - You have encountered difficult programs and can transform our programs through the use of new technologies, so we can easily scale to meet our associates' and client's needs. - You will champion the associates' voice to shape how they learn and develop their skills on behalf of our business partners. Learning Experience Designer Will - Partner with consultants to scope program needs, training and business partner differences for target operating units and audiences - Utilizes ADDIE, SAM, Agile, Kirkpatrick and other recognized models to design, develop and publish engaging course content with a focus on the iteration of learning modalities. - Design and develop - participant materials, assessments, eLearning within a learning content management system. - Revise, rewrite and review course content for accuracy and quality. - Develop valid learning KPI's to test items to evaluate training efficacy - Adapt existing learning content to make it relevant for new
