If you have experience specifically with implementing/ upgrading Point of Sales Systems and have managed application delivery teams you won't want to pass up hearing more about this role! Ideal candidate will have 5 years leading development teams, modernizing technology, and have strategized at the executive level.

Coach, mentor and invest in team members to be the best engineers Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives Be a subject matter expert in a product domain Define and influence product strategy for Retail in regards to POS Develop and instill a strong foundation for Application lifecycle management including governance, development, and maintenance of the Retail application software. Develop and implement architectural standards in partnership with EA/ Drive technical design and decisions in partnership with EA. Partner with business to prioritize and deliver new capabilities. Define standards and methodologies for best practices; ensure compliance of these practices. Work closely with store operations to ensure that Information Technology has goals that are aligned with and support broader Company objectives. Communicate business objectives, direct staff and perform activities to achieve business objectives. Responsible for hiring, payroll tracking/performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and developing information technology associates within area of responsibility. Communicate company values; provide leadership, tools, training for enhanced growth and productivity. Identify, recommend and implement new technologies and/or upgrades as they become available.
