Candidate should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Deployments
  • 2+ years of experience in the ACM modules of SAP.
  • Experience in Purchase and Sales Contracts, and/or Trade Execution and Application Settlement.
  • Experience with agricultural commodities business
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • If they speak Spanish, it would be helpful, but not required.

responsibilities:
Roles/Responsibilities

As a business analyst they are the middle person between the business and the design/build team. They play a liaison role between BU and IT. The Activities it includes for our BA role:

1. Solution Assessment

a. Requirements Gathering

b. Fit/Gap analysis

c. Scope lock

2. Design Build Test

a. Documenting E2E scenarios

b. Creating test cases/Sets

c. Supporting Users in UAT

d. Defect Management

e. Set up data as necessary to support testing

3. Data Migrations

a. Assist Data conversion team in Field mapping - Knowledge of the Field use

b. Data construction support - Guide business on how data needs to constructed

c. Data quality report actioning and monitoring

d. Pre and post load data validations/reconciliations

4. Training

a. Build and or update Training documents for train the trainer

b. Conduct train the trainer sessions

c. Support end user training as needed

5. Cutover

a. Support building of cutover plan by reviewing steps, adding steps, changing step, changing sequencing, etc...

b. Work with Business to create cutover procedures

c. Update or create cutover blackout forms

d. Execute cutover tasks as applicable

e. Lead facilitate Position Reconciliation

6. Post go live support

a. Support business with Issues that Super users cannot solve

 
qualifications:
7. Relationship Management:

a. Create and maintain long-term working relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including technology teams, functional counterparts, vendors, developers, and business partners.

b. Engage and influence business sponsors and users and contribute value to their targeted business outcomes. Indirectly and at times directly influence objectives and goals for a business unit or

geography.

c. Champion collaboration and facilitate coordination with all involved that enable delivery in team environment.

d. Engage and influence developers to ensure efficiency and solution quality.

e. Collaborate, lead and champion change with key internal and external senior stakeholders, peers, and senior leadership members to ensure complex solutions are implemented successfully.

 
skills: 8. Other Project Delivery Responsibilities (may include some or all of the following):

a. Manage workload and priorities to deliver agreed upon project milestones and objectives set by the business unit or function.

b. Prepare high and detailed estimations of effort in order to achieve a preferred solution.

c. Collaborate and support other team members during requirements, design, build, and test phases.

d. Provide subject matter expertise in one or more system or applications.

e. Provides input to staffing plans at the project-level to identify key / required skills.

f. Holds project team resources accountable to their deliverables and ensures project execution.

g. Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
