Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Automate test code or maintain existing code. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. On-call rotation for after-hours emergency support Ability to build and maintain positive work relationships with management, staff members, and external contacts Ability to arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attendance record Performs any other duties and projects as assigned
