User Administrator

job summary:
Job Description: Scope Typically, second tier resource on general technology or front line for specialized technology of medium complexity. No direct reports. No budgetary responsibility. Reporting and Working Relationships Reports to Mgr IT or upper management as appropriate. Primary Responsibilities 40% Troubleshoots and resolves end-user problems and ensures correct operation of technology. Basic understanding of organization strategic plan and roadmap, standards, process and best practices. 30% Under general supervision, can utilize administration software to document and track incidents, requests and provide end user support. Has basic skills in system and application monitoring of performance and availability. Has basic knowledge of the technology and able to identify issues and escalation to the appropriate support group. Good understanding of organization and /or business unit issues as they relate to technology. Works with others in the department to perform routine issue resolution. 30% Basic understanding of organization strategic plan and roadmap, standards, process and best practices. Good understanding of organization and /or business unit issues as they relate to technology. Follows departmental standards and procedures. Assists with creation of prepared presentations. Qualifications 1. Associates or Bachelor degree. 2. 2 -4 years of experience within a technology related field. 3. Ability to work independently and team environments. 4. Ability to analyze situations, negotiate and position solutions towards Maritz strategic plans, excellent execution skills. 5. PowerShell Experience 6. Active Directory User/Gr Management 7. ServiceNOW Experience (preferred) 8. O365 User/Group Management 9. Software Asset Management
