What is Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a third-party (Microsoft) developed application that has been implemented as an on-premise solution and is customized in-house to add user functionality and to build integration points with internal applications. Currently, our platform is running the Dynamics 365 product but we are preparing for the CRM v9 product.

The primary role for this position is to serve as a developer on the CRM team.
The candidate acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technologies, tools and designs.
The candidate must be familiar with the technology stack that supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Visual Studio and the SDK.
The candidate must understand how to customize the app, including, but not limited to customized plug-ins, workflows, reports, and entities.
The candidate will analyze highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design complex computer applications and may provide coding direction to less experienced staff.
Above all, the candidate assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met.
The candidate will be involved in activities that support the entire Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) as well as post-implementation activities and production troubleshooting. Occasionally, you may be required work non-standard hours to support code implementations and other application support activities.
7+ years of application development and implementation experience
Experience Agile experience
Knowledge/Skills/Ability Knowledge and understanding of CRM projects, tools, and systems
MS Dynamics CRM D365 experience
Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
The knowledge of with middleware (web and windows) services, build and deployment processes associated with CRM Dynamics, and knowledge of TFS as a source code and build tool.
