Large company looking for a a full time Entry level Desktop Support level 1 candidate. This person will have experience in ticketing systems, Windows SAP applications and customer service. They will be doing 80% desktop support and 20% help desk. This role is entry level with 1 to 2 years of experience, but most have strong customer service skills and be very personable.
