responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE: - Execute against ED&A comms strategy - Create and maintain communications plan for key stakeholders - Develop and maintain brand standards to maintain a consistent comms look and feel - Maintain consistency of key messages across internal comms - Manage ED&A announcements - Build out existing ED&A website, maintaining and adding content to make it as useful as possible to internal + external stakeholders - Create and maintain an ED&A newsletter for internal + external stakeholders - Work with Product Owners and leaders to obtain, refine, and publish content relevant to internal + external stakeholders (including roadmap and value drops) - Support planning, content creation, and execution of roadshows and ED&A all-hands - Maintain stakeholder and distribution lists to ensure stakeholders remain in the loop with relevant updates - Monitor and maintain ED&A comms mailbox QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, public relation, or related field. - 4 years' experience in a transition management or communication role - Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques. - Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to communicate both verbally and in written forms with senior leaders. - Ability to work with a variety of personalities - Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to identify and act on solutions independently. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment. - Advanced-level Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote proficiency.
