Proven ability to assess the current state of an application, understand the desired end state, and formulate and execute on the strategy to achieve the goal

Excellent communication skills (Email, phone, Slack, in person, via Jira, presentations, etc.) with a strong ability to understand the audience.

Experience working in a highly regulated environment with many stakeholders and requirements outside of the software itself.
