In this high visibility and high impact role, you will lead our digital analytics team, work closely with senior leaders to optimize our offerings, and advance the analytics agenda for a growing business unit and company.

Deliver Business Impact ? Help digital channels reach department goals with recommendations for how to improve products and marketing ? Partner with stakeholders in marketing, communications and product to make data-led decisions ? Support experimentation program through analysis and reporting of a/b testing results and optimization initiatives ? Partner with digital marketing to optimize campaign approach and reporting ? Work closely with the product teams to influence product design with insight into product usage and client segments Own Data Management & Reporting ? Offer thought leadership for how to define, organize, extract and report key metrics ? Build a digital datamart, extract data from various systems, build ETL jobs to centralize all digital data, includes external vendor data and from internal systems? Conduct hands-on data analysis and validation, designing, developing, and deploying self-service reports, scorecards, predictive models and dashboards based on internal and external data ? Bring consistency to reporting. Create informative dashboards and recurring reports, adjusting to meet ever-changing business needs. ? Continually monitor and look for ways to improve and streamline reporting, including automation ? Research, explore, and enable new quantitative techniques and technologies in data science Key Qualifications ? 7-10 years of experience in B2C analytics (fintech, banking, lending or credit experience a plus) ? Advanced degree or equivalent working experience, in statistics, econometrics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field ? Deep experience in digital analytics software including ETL, Tableau reporting suite, Adobe, Tealium, data management and Python ? Experience building and leading analytics teams You are: ? Passionate about improving client experience ? An advocate for implementing tools and processes that help measure the business ? Results-oriented ? Diligent in making sure the team's insights are accurate and consistent ? Adept at managing competing priorities through planned and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment ? A self-starter with an ability to work independently and proactively ? A strong verbal and written communicator with fluency presenting analysis and insights to key decision makers ? Able to work well with cross-functional teams; independently and proactively (e.g., marketing, UX, product) ? Available for urgent requests which may fall outside of working hours
