Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager

Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will create and execute recruiting strategies, proactively attract talent, and source, screen, interview, and assess candidates so as to create a meaningful and positive candidate experience while identifying and landing the best folks to meet our clients goals.

Responsibilites:

  • Build, define, and shape our employment brand

    • Grow our presence on social media and professional networking sites to promote our culture and engage prospective future colleagues
    • Identify and promote process improvements and innovative strategies to deliver a best in class candidate experience that candidates are excited to talk about
    • Partner with your HR colleagues to ensure we are a top place to work
  • Develop (and execute against!) strategies to source and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for roles across the organization

    • Use your well-honed direct sourcing expertise to identify top prospects, whether for existing requisitions or for future needs
    • Fully implement our ATS's branding and engagement platform
    • Identify sources of top candidates and actively engage
  • Execute well at the nuts and bolts across the recruitment life cycle, identifying the top candidates for our company and shepherding them to offer acceptance

    • Partner with hiring manager to write compelling job descriptions that will draw in the right profile of candidates
    • Conduct excellent phone screens to ensure candidates' skills and experience meet our needs and their core values are aligned with ours
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely follow-up, honest feedback, and a fair process
    • Optimize our use of our applicant tracking system and candidate engagement platforms
    • Provide meaningful and actionable reporting

  • A highly-motivated people-person with a passion for employment brand building and talent acquisition;
  • An experienced recruiter/talent acquisition specialist with at least 2 years' full-cycle recruiting experience (in house experience strongly preferred);
  • Hyper-organized and detail oriented, capable of managing multiple simultaneous searches;
  • A phenomenal communicator, able to ask and answer questions so as to both draw people in and assess their fit;
  • Intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth; and
