Jira Admin/Developer

job summary:
  • 1st level support for user assistance with JIRA Requests include access, permissions, answering how-to questions, setting up new teams, and how to write queries and dashboards.
  • Management of team support ticket queue and SLA tracking
  • Onboarding new teams: creating JIRA projects
  • Creation and maintenance of how-to information for users
  • Organize and help maintain internal documentation around process, procedures and Knowledge Articles
  • Configuration of projects including permissions, workflows, fields and screen scheme.
  • Data migrations and data imports in supported systems
  • Coordination of UAT with users for plugins/upgrades and project enhancements
  • Help facilitate and roll out a new product changes, application installations and changes to the system
  • Work with users to understand their requirements, find solutions with existing configurations/plugins and communicate the requirements to the JIRA Product Owner
