The role will involve working with an Agile team to set up a new application on the Pega Platform. Proven PegaSystems background / knowledge is highly desirable. Agile background is required.
Acts as a liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet).
Responsible for analysis needed for User Stories based on business needs and development capabilities. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by evaluating current processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities. May work directly with senior management.: 5+ years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting.
The Business Systems Consultant manages the capture, analysis, documentation, and communication of business requirements for digital projects, working in an Agile environment.
This role includes creating project management documentation including Business Requirements Definition documents, Functional Design documents, Use Cases, Business Workflow Process Models, Business Rules, and Report Specifications. This role will work closely with project and product management resources, business users, development, support, and technical teams in various virtual locations.
