work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: High School
Will be performing Service Desk Support activities including but not limited to:
Contacting customers for scheduled service (Primary Responsibility)
Receiving support requests via phone calls (Secondary Responsibility)
Opening support tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system
Completing required support work
Updating and closing out ticket work
Position is 40 Hours Monday - Friday
College degree preferred.
Previous experience within a service desk or call center environment a must.
Job requires outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues are key to success in this role.
Candidates should be able to work quickly through repetitive calls around the same technology subject.
High efficiency and work ethic required.
Experience with Windows, Android, and iOS devices is also required.
Experience with any ticketing system is required, and with ServiceNow is a great positive.
