IT Project Specialist

job summary:
  • Responsibilities may change to meet the needs of the team.
  • Support the Program Manager for the coordination and completion of projects within the Analytics and Data Operations of the Global Sales and Success Ops Org.
  • Will report to the Program Manager of Analytics and Data Operations
  • Facilitate meeting logistics and scribe meeting minutes, making special note of the actions and follow-ups owned by participants.
  • Assist with the planning, execution, monitoring, and tracking of programmatic and project tasks.
  • Craft executive-grade MS PowerPoints and high-quality visuals used to help explain complex processes or data flows.
  • Support program/project management reporting and data or process analysis. Monitors and summarizes progress of project.
  • With minimal oversight, will compile reports and summaries of work.
  • Builds and maintains working relationships with team members.
  • Familiar with a variety of Business Intelligence platforms, Planning platforms (Anaplan), CRM (SFDC), MS Suite, process improvement and re-engineering, and project management.
Overview:

  • The Analytics and Data Operations (ADO) team, under the Global Sales and Success Operations (GSSO), requests a temporary contractor (IT Project Specialist). This position will report to the ADO Program Manager and contribute to multiple projects on the ADO roadmap.
  • This unique role will provide exposure to a multitude of functions including program/project management, business process analysis, engineering, and product management. In addition, the role provides the opportunity to interface with future leaders and executives within ADO.
Essential Job Functions (may include items not listed below, may be modified to meet needs of the team):

  • Bachelor's in business, communications, economics, public affairs and administration.
Experience:

  • Three to five years of experience in project management, business and process improvement, data analysis. Previous career experience in tech, cloud-based companies, investment banking, management consulting.
  • Preferred but not required certifications: PMP, lean-six sigma, or scrum master, agile methodology.
