responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and IT support in both English and Spanish languages for level 1 incidents
  • Document incidents and direct higher level incidents to the appropriate party
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field or combination of an Associates degree and equivalent IT service desk experience
  • Strong lingual experience in both English and Spanish languages (verbally and written)
  • General IT support experience
  • Customer Service experience
 
skills:
  • English and Spanish Language Competency
  • General IT experience
  • Experience with IT incident management and IT ticketing systems
  • IT support certifications are a plus
  • Customer service
