work hours: 8am to 5pm
- Provide customer service and IT support in both English and Spanish languages for level 1 incidents
- Document incidents and direct higher level incidents to the appropriate party
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field or combination of an Associates degree and equivalent IT service desk experience
- Strong lingual experience in both English and Spanish languages (verbally and written)
- General IT support experience
- Customer Service experience
- English and Spanish Language Competency
- General IT experience
- Experience with IT incident management and IT ticketing systems
- IT support certifications are a plus
