Business / Data Analyst
This role is open to help accommodate with additional work and a backlog of current work. Currently 3 people on the team. This role is a cross between BA and Data Analyst, looking at Data flows, and setting up and analyzing what needs to be done for the configuration teams. Looking for specific background in Workers Comp Managed Care system analysis and BA work. This NOT the engineer who is building the system on the back end. Person needs to understand the systems and help navigate how the data flows through and is presented to the business.

They are mapping how data is flowed through the systems, Really targeting candidates with Managed Care/Workers Comps. Systems that are currently being used- Conduent Stratware,
Current team has a PO on the team who has experience with WC Managed Care Products. For day to day work, there are currently outlines/mapped solutions that are in the backlog that this person will be working through. This person will need to make sure that based on outline requirements for WC Care that the systems can/will correctly configured.

? Analysis of success measurements against objectives or KPIs for delivered configuration or vendor changes
? Communication system or workflow knowledge to vendor, technical or nontechnical partners
? Managed Care workflow (systems, data, medical coding)
? Medical Bill Review application knowledge - ask about specific applications

? Managed Care Networks related
? Medical Bill process knowledge
? Knowledge of the Insurance Regulatory and Compliance process
o Industry: Insurance, Workers Compensation, Managed Care, Medical Bill Review, Bill Intake
skills: o Previous Experience

? Medical Bill Review experience
? Vendor Management - working directly with vendor partners, and scheduling and driving deliverables from specific requirements
? Agile team experience, preferable but not required
