Product Manager

job summary:
Randstad Technologies has an immediate need with our end customer, a leading healthcare software firm in Addison TX.

Looking for a passionate self-starter to support our clinical and billing solutions targeted at enterprise customers.

This individual will have a proven track record in supporting B2B product and sales teams while working within cross functional teams to effectively communicate the product's benefits, features and selling points. Within a busy, fast paced work environment, this individual should be quick to adapt to changes while delivering our passion to the business community.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in Product Management with focus on Sales enablement and Product Marketing
  • Agile/Scrum proficiency
  • strong experience writing user stories, sketching wireframe, producing product roadmaps, driving a release schedule, and keeping the teams focused and on track
  • strong project management skills
  • strong Communication skills including presenting to internal and external teams
Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare software/product experience
  • CSM or similar Agile/Scrum certification
  • SaaS software experience
  • Local to DFW
Responsibilities:

  • Act as a content SME and engage with clients
  • Foster a strong culture of innovation
  • Monitor and publish all clinical and billing regulations as it pertains to hospice and palliative care and ensure Product Managers are well informed for feature development
  • Maintain and report out Competitor Intelligence report on a quarterly basis
  • Work with Product Team in creating feature prototypes and validate with focus group testing
  • Manage User Manual with updated feature releases
  • Assist with HMS and Palliative Care Roadmap(s)
  • Lead product marketing strategy and execution, including how value prop gets delivered to buyers to exceed revenue targets
  • Refine raw positioning and messaging, across multiple campaigns, into crisp value propositions
  • Develop specific marketing plans and activities for each market segment/audience
  • Research and validate consumer needs with product features to create fluid connection in B2B offerings
  • Assist with product demos, business cases, and updating online content with design teams
  • Plan, execute, and measure new business marketing campaigns to support and achieve ROI goals
  • Coordinate and assist with establishing emerging products by identifying new opportunities
  • Understand broader market trends and know the audience inside and out, and act as a feedback loop to the product managers and leadership team
  • Align product direction with company revenue goals.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors (required)
