Responsible for oversight and/or implementation of new and/or existing programs.

Requires strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with and to Sr. Management.

- Serve as the product analyst over a Salesforce production support team

- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development as it relates to Salesforce production support and enhancements

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

- Provides to the technical teams the elaboration of the user stories and business context as needed during planning, refinements, reviews, etc.

- Assists the Product Manager and prepare materials for intake discussions

- Thoroughly understands all suggestions and asks submitted through the intake process and able to translate into specific Product features and

- Implement long-term planning through regular road mapping.

- Work with UX designers as needed to deliver user-friendly Product solutions - Create structured and measurable outcomes for the team that tie back to the program goals

- Develop standardized reporting to assess progress on the defined outcomes - Liaise with Change Management to ensure that the field is notified of production changes in a timely manner

- Answer support cases in the Front Door for capabilities they own and meet/exceed SLA for Front Door Cases

Requires strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with and to Sr. Management.

Must have demonstrated product management experience with exceptional leadership skills.

Experience with MS Project, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Must have strong organizational skills.

Experience using JIRA/Confluence or other similar technology project tracking software.

Experience writing thorough User Stories with a focus on maximum value
