job summary: Need customer service minded Mobile Technicians! W2 ONLY! Looking for Mobile IOs Techs.

salary: $33 - 36 per hour
work hours: 9am to 6pm
- Techs will be working in-person, both in 1 on 1 and 1 to many classroom like settings, helping users activate their new CorpMobility phone.
- They will be available to answer users questions about application downloads, activations, and best practices.
- They'll also be available for immediate troubleshooting, driving down calls and waits for service desk assistance.
5 years experience with iOS/Android/Blackberry
skills: Top Must Have Skill Sets Required:
- The tech must possess an outstanding client support attitude and acumen with the ability to read a client and adjust their approach will be critical in this effort.
- They must also have excellent technical skills troubleshooting mobile devices (iOS/Android/Blackberry).
- The tech must be detail orientated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The must be able to operate with limited supervision, but be able to provide critical and accurate progress updates to management (both written and via ITSM ticketing).
