O365/Service Desk Technician

job summary:
Client is in the middle of a major project to migrate to Office 365 (Teams, email, One Drive, SharePoint).

Part of this project is funding for "Service Desk augmentation" to support calls during phased rollouts. We predict the biggest call producer will be around the migration of email accounts.

    • Warm transferring calls
    • Remote Control
    • Customer service
  • Basic Windows desktop knowledge
  • ITIL knowledge - Incident Man

work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Associates
 
responsibilities:
    • Receive contacts from customers
    • Collect pre-defined information from customer to fully understand and triage problems
    • Log contacts in ServiceNow
    • Open incident tickets
    • Triage and resolve incident as able
    • Route to appropriate support levels as necessary
    • 30 calls/day
    • Ability to work from home

qualifications:
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Education: Associates
 
skills:
  • Office 365 (1 year of experience is required)
  • ServiceNow (1 year of experience is required)
