job summary:
Manage a team that is responsible for day-to-day program delivery operations for schools Live offerings within this role's portfolio; ensure full coverage of tasks associated with a participant's learning experience during client sessions

- Collaborate with key partners within the client community, and with external clients as directed

- In collaboration with Director, Program Services, develop and refine processes to deliver new courses and new models for existing courses

- Manage operational communications with relevant vendors

- Refine and enforce Live session guidelines in collaboration with Customer and Technical support team

- Manage end of course evaluation processes, working with Clients to ensure timely delivery of participant results and accuracy of participant records

- Collaborate with client and technology teams to gather new requirements for administrative systems (including application changes, participant management tools, etc.)

- Other duties as required

Possibility of extension

Remote work but times when the worker will be asked to be on campus occasionally

The worker needs to be close to campus and need someone who is willing to go into the office

Experience with managing staff members

Person will be managing about 2-4 staff members in this role

Higher ed experience working with faculty

skills: Develop the project schedule in collaboration with others, resource plans, coordinates outreach activities, prepare budget forecasts. Identifies project risks and monitors project progress. Defines agendas, coordinates preparation of content, and participates in project governance meetings. Prepare project status reports. Completes required documentation, develops and delivers presentations summarizing the objectives and status of the project. Significant relevant experience in technical project manager role. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing projects through the entire life cycle, including project initiation planning, estimating, scheduling, testing, release and stabilization.
