Randstad is looking for individuals to join our team and support our clients HelpDesk needs. Customers will primarily be either calling in or submitting a ticket for assistance. We are looking for candidates with excellent phone/remote support experience and ability to work comfortably within a standard ticketing system.

Randstad is looking for candidates to help with the growing needs of one of our customers here in Mill Valley. Professionalism and communication are key requirements for all candidates. This role will deal with both phone / remote support via a call-in or ticketing system as well as onsite assistance. Onsite will typically be either 2 or 3 days a week and the rest remote.
- 3-5 years of IT related experience
- Excellent phone support skills
- Experience with remote support
- Windows 10, Office Suite
- Comfortable within ticketing systems
- General setup of new computers and troubleshooting of issues
- High level of communication
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: No Degree Required
- Helpdesk (3 years of experience is preferred)
