Manage 1-3 mid-sized projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Manage business and technical deliverables to the project budget and timeline throughout the various project phases.

Develop and document project plans, budgets and schedules. Identify and document the roles, tasks, and responsibilities of the project team.

Must have strong project management and project planning experience/knowledge with demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum and/or Rational Unified Process Methodology.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills with a solid ability to ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Expert knowledge of MS Project is required.

Familiarity with MS Office 2010, Clarity, SharePoint, and Team Foundation Server desired. Strong knowledge of Visio and PMP certification is a plus.

Background experience in the financial services industry and experience with Iterative Development methodologies is highly desirable.

The Project Manager/Program Manager will play a key role on the Compliance and Legal Software Technology (CLST) team.

The Project Manager/Program Manager will partner with individual team members to oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of the CLST portfolio across internal technology projects including planning, organizing, and controlling cross organizational activities and deliverables.

You will be responsible for creating project and program status reporting, understanding priorities, collaborating across the cross-organizational team effort, managing risk, providing oversight, managing and documenting all aspects of projects across a large portfolio.

You will work closely with stakeholders including technology personnel (Architects, Sr. Managers, Scrum Masters and Business Systems Analysts), and personnel from organizations with which CLST either provides or utilizes services/data to align on product delivery.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience working with technology and business partners to produce results in a timely manner.

The candidate will work collaboratively with all participants in technology projects to maintain all aspects of the overall software development lifecycle and ensure the on-time, quality delivery of software product releases.

What you'll do:

- Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities

- Drive programs or large, complex internal technology projects to completion, while championing business objectives and goals

- Manage interdependencies across a high number of scrum teams and organizations

- Provide various forms of program status to different levels of management

- Adapt style to work with a diverse set of stakeholder needs and expectations

- Work across diverse business and technical partners to broker decisions and negotiate trade-offs

- Communicate effectively at an executive level

- Demonstrate sound judgment regarding decisions and escalations with complete information

- Ensure quality and evidence of project documentation

- Understanding of agile processes

- Collaborate across Build, Support, and architectural teams to help remove roadblocks

- Coordinate with external vendors and internal technical and legal teams to manage relationships and contractual agreements

- Conduct continuous improvement evaluations to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement

- Strong relationship building

- Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks What you have:

- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of project management experience, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional technology projects

- Proven ability to earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders through focused execution of business priorities

- Understands the Agile process and its benefits to development teams and the business units served

- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools and Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence, MS PowerPoint)
