Responsibilities:

    • Lead a cross-functional team to ensure readiness of an offer to deliver the desired outcomes for the customers and partners with the desired experience at every step of their journey
    • Ensure appropriate interlocks across the value chain.
    • Surface the critical barriers to readiness and drive and influence commitments and action needed to remove them.
    • Steer efforts to accelerate execution in alignment with strategy and adapt based on learnings and insights.
Prior Experience:

    • 7+ years of industry experience with purposeful maturity. Including,

      • Solid financial and business acumen
      • Familiarity and some experience with product management
      • Emotional and cultural intelligence and agility
      • Demonstrated ability to make decisions using data and insights
      • Strong presentation and speaking skills; ability to maintain credibility, trust, and presence.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse, cross-functional team with empathy and compassion while driving results.
    • Possesses strong Cisco knowledge (e.g. Cisco Product Development Methodology and technologies, value chain, understands organization and ecosystem, worked in various parts of the business) and familiarity with cloud, recurring revenue, and software-based business models.
