Client is looking for a candidate skilled in JIRA and JIRA Service Desk to assist in Scriptrunner tasks and Building APIs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud based environments versus mainframe work, as well as skills in requirement gathering from clientele to assist in daily activity.

? Daily management and support of Atlassian cloud stack including JIRA and Confluence administration
? Creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields,
dashboards and reports configurations.
? Install, manage and administer Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
? Analyze requests for new JIRA functionality, implement new features, triage incoming support requests
and handle or route appropriately
? Meet with stakeholders to identify JIRA Project and Confluence needs and implement them as
? Perform requirements gathering, business process workflows, and process improvement for
JIRA/Confluence workflows and processes in place, identifying where functionality can/cannot meet user
? Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and Confluence regarding how to use the tools,
new functionality, etc.
? Develop and compile training materials based on the department's needs.
? Create, maintain and support dashboards and advanced filters for end users reporting capabilities.
? Establish and execute data stewardship and best practices.
? Provide User Management and grant user permissions in accordance with role given by the company.
? Create and maintain detailed technical and user facing documentation.

? Expert level tool administration knowledge on JIRA, and proficiency in Atlassian tool suite.
? Basic programming knowledge with an understanding of various Java frameworks
? Experience installing and updating JIRA plugins
? Proficient in Project Setups, Components, JIRA Reporting, Report Filters and Dashboard creation
? Excellent problem solving and process implementation skills.
? Develop custom scripts / Rest APIs calls to integrate other systems with JIRA and to pull data for metrics
reporting. Develop and deploy custom plugins for JIRA.
